"When we have one," Zephyrstar replied with a smirk. "Unfortunately I don't think that will be for a while. But you have my word, when the gathering roles around you can come. Now, are you ready for some training?"

Dreampaw crouched down and nodded. Then she meowed "Yay but are you ready" Dreampaw looked at her mentor.

Zephyrstar laughed. "Lets start with some basic fighting skills." He readied himself and got into a defensive position. "Attack me," he meowed simply.

Dreampaw sprang in the air and clawed Zephystar's back

Zephyrstar gritted his teath against the pain and whirrled around as Dreampaw attacked, hitting her away with sheathed claws. She had left a mark, but she had much to learn. "Again," Zephyrstar meowed.

Dreampaw ran around in circles like tornado then jumped on her mentors back then side then back and kept going.

Zephyrstar flung her from his back with ease and turned to face her, his wiskers twitching in ammusement and his paws readying to dodge again.

Zephyrstar stopped, his adrenalin suddenly leaving his body with disappointment. "Nothing," he replied. "You are just an apprentice, so, naturally, you will not always be able to defeate your enemy. Now one thing that might help is to hang on more tightly but be ready to jump off just incase. Also, when you jump be prepaired to twist away from your intended target so you don't get injured." Zephyrstar stopped and gave a rueful smile. "Sorry, I know I'm too confusing. The best way to learn is through practice. So, try again."
